Stink Bugs are triangular in shape, with six legs and grayish-brown in color. The fall season causes these bugs to migrate from the exterior of the home or business, to the interior of the structure. Unless treated, these bugs will remain in the property for the duration of the fall and winter months. When crushed or disturbed, these bugs release a very unpleasant odor. One female Stink Bug, can lay 20 – 30 eggs.
During the spring and summer months, these bugs feed on fruits and vegetables. This can create a great financial burden for the agricultural industry. Garden growers have been affected since the late 1990’s, when these pest were first discovered in this country.
